And yes, the ratio of VOTES to other VOTES do matter. It is called "polling." Name me a study that utilized a sample size which included a majority of the group it was meant to represent. Scientific, medical, political, focus groups, etc. Just doesn't happen. Unless you force people to participate in voting, you'll always have to infer results based on a MUCH smaller segment of the 'population' you hope to analyze.
According to you: not "everyone" voted so no likes this deal? Okay, lets play that logic out: Only you are complaining therefore you are alone in your opinion. (this is a mic drop moment)
