Use coupon code SLINGER60 for 60% off with free shipping. I've purchased a couple at previous deals but never saw the price drop this low. Def a good beater knife that's fun to deploy and has a seriously sharp blade. A little small for regular use but for quick uses it's wonderful.

https://www.smkw.com/

They unfortunately are out of stock now.

It's not too specialty, though perhaps not super common. It's a torx bit (looks like a star), which are used frequently in knives. Bits can usually be picked up pretty cheap online or from any hardware store or supermarket. Worth investing in as virtually all knives with a smooth action will have some variance in lockup over time as they "wear" in. This can be accounted for by adjusting the pivot screw and securing the bolt with loctite (consider purple given how small these bolts are) as needed. Also nice to have bits if you ever need to take it apart for cleaning or other maintenance.
I'm kind of a specialty bit aficionado and have way too many specialty bits, I did not have one that fit well enough to torque it back down. I can't recall the last quality pocket knife I had to tighten a loose blade from simple letter\box opening chores.

Yeah, not sure. Maybe the torx bolts included are of poor quality. I'm guessing they are a T6 or so? While the exception does not prove the rule, it's well known the Benchmade 940 regularly has the pivot screw back out and it's currently $240. It shouldn't at any price point, but it does happen.

How trustworthy is this website? I paid with PayPal and since I have been getting 3-4 PayPal security code SMS that I did not request. Could be coincidence but the timing is strange.

Received mine in the mail. Hefty knife. Not cheap quality at all. Might buy more for holiday stuffing

Got mine today as well. Ordered eight and everyone single works spot on with consistent action across them all. No adjustment or tweaks needed. That is impressive in itself as I have had many higher end knives that came through more inconsistently when buying multiples. The action and detents are perfect, and every knife just snaps open almost like it is assisted or something. Nice secure snap close also that assures no accidental opening. They are dialed in nice for budget Chinese made knives

You obviously know little about knives. See the reviews on the knife it is far from the junk you pick up in the gas station. I have knives that I paid $30 for that do not have as good fit, finish, action and steel. Get a clue before you advise others. If you do happen to see a D2 steel flipper that runs on bearings and has a deep carry pocket clip at the gas station for less than $16 lets us know.

Mine just arrived. Nicer than expected. Blue and brass color also looks better in person. Size and weight makes it an ideal lightweight "5th pocket" knife.

Definitely a solid buy at this price.

Tempted to get a couple more as gifts.

I got this knife when it was previously $16. +$5 and it was engraved. It's a great knife and a great color. BUT... the screws come out and need to be regularly tightened (Every few days!). I should try LocTite, but I've got so many knives I just moved to something else.

Got mine a few days ago. Any way to get it to open with less force? Seems like it's a little too stiff. Otherwise it's very OK.

You could unscrew the pocket clip and bend the lock away from the blade.
