Antonline via eBay[ebay.com] also has AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core 3.4 GHz Socket AM4 105W Desktop Processor (100-100000651WOF) on sale for $329.99. Shipping is free.
Unless you're really desperate to get this, I would wait for it to come back in stock on Amazon, AMD, Best Buy, etc. Antonline is the absolute worst if you need any kind of customer service.
If you do go with Antonline, eBay is probably the safer bet because you can always open a dispute if you need to but it looks like that one doesn't include the Uncharted code.

I have seen people say that the 5800x is not worth the premium over the 5700x. What does this model have to make it worth $140 more than the 5700x (being sold for $190 at Micro Center)
This is the 5800x3D which is not the same as 5800x.

I understand that. But I'm trying to figure out what the x3D model has to make it worth $140 more than the 5700x. The only thing I can seem to find online is a boost in L3 cache. Is that the only thing? And what exactly does that help improve?

It has 3D V-Cache which boosts gaming performance considerably. It depends on the game of course but you can find a lot frame rate comparisons between the x3D and 5700x.

No need to get this if you don't play games.
Ah okay so it's really only beneficial to gaming. That's what I was trying to figure out. Thank you

If you prefer performance overall to game or 3D video optimization, the 5900X has 4 more cores and pushes them at an additional 300Mhz. Also, if you are inclined to try and overclock the CPU, the 5900X can overclock, while the 5800X3D is locked. Nice choices to have.

That massive amount of cache helps a ton with maintaining minimum fps and 1% lows while you're in a multiplayer game with 120 players with constant explosions and what not. Games can benefit from it coding wise as well. It's marketed purely as a gaming chip. I have one and it's really great.

Many have found workarounds to boost PBO and other tweaks to get some nice benefits with the 5800X3D. PBO2 software can be scheduled to run at start-up of the OS
this is the best performing AMD cpu for dedicated gaming. benchmarks show it above everything except for the 13700k/13900k's which run about $100-150 more on average
