That time a year again. Great clips in store sells gift cards that get you $13.99 haircuts.

Was told max per card is 17.

YMMV as I went to a few salons and they got very low numbers of cards this year, also some cards I heard are 16.99 instead.

Good deal as all my local salons are now $21 per cut.

In Columbia SC the regular price is $13.99 or $14.99 and the card is $10.99 (up to 20 per card). They say they can be used anywhere - though that seems odd given the difference in the base prices...

Yeah, it's like $16.99 now for us too. Used to worth it at $9.99 and was ok at $13.99. But most family members are doing cutting at home since COVID and every has own cutter at home. So once I finished my old $13.99 card, I'm going to go that route too.
