We did this during their free kids promo and were very happy. Only bummer is their waiting area is outside.

I looked into this earlier this year and found that Uber was cheaper than this and it will drive you directly to your hotel. Also found that in general, Uber was really convenient/cheap/quicker to get to other parts of Disney (like Disney Springs) vs. multiple bus transfers.
