The Visa and Mastercards are maxed at $100 so you have to buy at least two cards, which is double activation fee.

Good deal. Coupon mostly wipes out $6 fee for the $100 GC and $5 fee for the $50 GC.
.40 off per gallon per $100 * 1.5 = .60 off per gallon up to 35 gallons so $21 in value
