Yeah for gaming the 3070ti i guess is subpar compared to full wattage 3070. You can flash bios this though for higher wattage i believe...
Though cpu of this would be better. Plus build quality.
Battery of this is so bad though. Some say cause of the gigabyte control center but dont know. Think maybe the 4k OLED is the culprit though.
My friend has the ddr5 model and the screen is amazing to look at 😅
Its probably because of the power hungry CPU and that awful Gigabyte control center lol. I was easily getting 9+ hours with a Asus vivobook 16x with the same oled display here but with a weaker 4 core i7 CPU.

Maybe. I took the bite on this one and going to try fresh install of windows. Disable cpu boost too lol.
How is your battery with that laptop on 100% brightness btw?

Windows would estimate it at around 6-7hrs maxed brightness from a full charge. But that was during video streaming. It Might be less if your running a bunch of different programs at the same time. I usually kept it around 60% as it's the most comfortable for my eyes.

Maybe this
IMHO, the other deal provides a better balance between performance (140W 3070) and screen (500 nits, 2k,165 Hz)
Not to mention that it is 100$ cheaper which you can use to add another terabyte of storage.
