Just buy intel. I5 13 gen. Can run either ddr4 or 5 .

Not unless you have a MC close by. Got this, 32 GB ram and x670 for $700.
For bran new build, 5950x make little sense as x570 and DDR5 are out.
From what ive read the 7000 series X3D is coming in the next month or two. My bet is that it would be worth the wait, but will probably be expensive.
