Most returned due to not being as advertised. Ad was for a bowflex clone. I didn't return the one I received, which is this exact model. So far I'm enjoying it. Holds the weights no issue. I did have one issue with it once. I adjusted in for a set weight, and it didnt change properly. Just had to mess with it rq and been fine since. I'm thinking it was user error. I likely didn't seat it properly before adjusting weights
