Most people looking at this aren't coaches....it's $89. I'm speaking relative to the price and what average people will use.

and obviously you havent seen people lift a weight 2 times and take a 30 minute break it's ridiculous. especially when I want to use the equipment too
I purchased a pair of these last Christmas and I cannot recommend them. The weights will sometimes fall off the handle while I'm using them, putting my toes, my cats, and my toddler at risk of getting hit by a flying 5lb metal disk. And it's a pain in the ass to get the disks back on after they fall off. It's a defective product, but I did not realize soon enough to return them.
As a fat man who used to be in shape, you have no idea how ignorant everyone in this thread sounds.

I will buy this for my collection of gym equipment I may one day put to use; but probably wont

Dang, a single is $69. Would only need one, but wild how it's just smarter to get both.

25 lb is not much tho, would grow out of it in under a year of lifting if you're starting out.
Not me. I just do more reps. Can't stand the "juice heads" at the gym that do one rep and walk around for half an hour

Mixed reviews on Walmart. Some say the plates fall out. 90 day return window. Worth a try. Thanks OP!

Maybe you should focus on the deal itself instead of pointless comments. I actually bought the the dumbbells

While you're not wrong, I'm strongly considering these to supplement my Ironmaster dumbbells which go up to 90 lbs. For drop sets with smaller muscle groups, these would be ideal. They adjust faster than Ironmaster which, again, is ideal for drop sets.
