Compared to the 4+2 Ridgid deal for $399, this one also includes a Brad Nailer, Angle Grinder, and Impact Wrench (all brushless) for $189 extra which is a spectacular deal since the Cordless Brad Nailer by itself is $200.

Very tempting deal. I've go several Ridgid tools that I bought 3 years ago and they are louder than my DeWalt XR tools. Anyone chime in if the newer Ridgid tools have gotten quieter?

Could I buy the set and return everything except a few of the tools and get a better deal than if I bought the ones I want separately? Wouldn't they be like "nah - you bought the whole set, you can't return part of it?"
My package came in today. The tools are not individually packaged. They were thrown in a big brown box in plastic bags. You wont be able to return one off tools without packaging at HD.

Where is the best place to resell some of these tools that I will never use if I buy this deal?

Probably offerup or marketplace for a quick local sale. Dont get too excited though, as it takes a bit to sell locally unless you post them for dirt cheap.

Yeah, I agree with the other comment. Selling on Offerup and Marketplace is rough unless you have $20-$30 below eBay prices. For example, DeWalt Jigsaw (tool only):
MSRP: $180-$200
eBay price: $140 new
People buying from me: $110-$120.

It also depends on where you live and if you're selling during holiday sales like BF.

Yeah depending on what he wants to sell he could still come up ahead. Just will take time. BTW if anyone is looking to gift someone special a tool set. This is the one to get. Great gift.

Oh? Ryobi has lifetime warranties on everything including batteries? And their batteries can be easily adapted to every other battery with a simple shim or adapter, including Ryobi, while you can't adapt Ryobi to anything due to the unnecessary stalk?

I have nothing against Ryobi and I can use these batteries with them easily. Yes TTI owns both brands. They also own Milwaukee and Hart. So?

The only one that I know of that they put a date on is the 2 tool free ones which is through 1/29/2023.

https://www.homedepot.com/c/tool_savings

There is a Rigid 4 tool/get 2 free for $399 but you can't get the brad nailer or impact wrench with that, or the extra battery. Which if you want those is probably worth the extra $189

Anyone know how these are against the metabo hpt brushless line? Got the two tool metabo brushless for 129 but might end up returning for these.

I'm with you, I have all these except the light, nailer, and grinder but the deal is so good, and I'm trying to convince myself it would be nice to have some 2Ah batteries for lighter weight sometimes...,

I have quite a few of the 2ah batteries and love them. Weight wise they are great for all day use. My drill ,impact and mulit last quite a while with them too but with other tools (saw, router, blower etc.) The 2ah is pointless. Most my day is spent using the impact so it works well for me.
