Back in stock and $10 less AR than the XFR at Amazon. Decent card for 1440p and should be easy to overclock.

PS: Someone please find me a great $500 deal on a 6800XT! Wink

But Dec 13 AMD start to sell RX 7000 series so prices will drop more on all RX 6000 series
Roughly between a 3070 and a 3070ti about 22 cards above the 2060

This and the MSI 6700XT were around $309 black friday with the zip11 promo. That's when I got the MSI one trying to research why this Asrock isn't that popular and why it always seems to be the cheapest 6700XT. Maybe it thermal throttles or something. Making me rethink returning the MSI for this one, except thr MSI Mech seems to be pretty cheaply made compared to other 6000 series cards. But the chip binning also has a lot to do with pricing so maybe this asrock has the worst binned chips.
I have the ASRock, and it is working great. The selling points for me were the fact that it is "skinny", taking up only 2 slots, and it works with 2 8 pin power adapters. I have just used for Modern Warfare, and have been very happy.

What is this comparable to? Currently have a 2060.
Probably around a 2070 - in other terms it's comparable to between the 3060 ti and 3070

What about 1440p w/ rays?
I never tried such combination, I think this can be from RX 6800 minimum.
Anyway, rays will be always better on Nvidia GPUs but it's always more expensive.

These emid range ones won't bit bargain bin prices since AMD is already discounting them to clear out the stock before mid range launches next year..

The stock of 6700XT is already selling out. The lower end cards will go first like the MSI Mech and this Asrock. Newegg only has a few 6700XT models in stock now. We may see some more discount, but it's not going to be some massive drop. The 6750XT refresh isnt seeng much discount, which it should since its not much better than the 6700XT. The used market will be where the really cheap stuff is with miners having to dump their inventory. Many people don't want mining cards so I'd assume those prices will get really cheap.

AFFIRM isn't a hit on your credit score to do their softcheck but they do report the loan to Experian if you take it, unless you qualify for a 0% interest loan (which most do not). So if you actually take the loan it should be a hit on your credit score. But you do save around $30-$40.

edit: upon more research, i'm reading that what they report could be beneficial for your credit score as long as you make you repayments on time.

Don't know why Nvidia card never goes on sale. Picked up 3060ti for 300 bucks.

How's the quality of this card? Have a XFX Speedster SWFT309 AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT ordered for $359 on Amazon. Is this one comparable in quality/performance?
Quote from kakazsh :
Dang I'm in the same boat.
I feel like if no OC it doesn't really matter.
Assuming you can fit the XFX, it's probably a better build quality and performance.

The 3 fans of the XFX should lead to better and more quiet cooling compared to the 2-fan design in this ASRock. Also, the general consensus is that XFX is relatively a better brand to deal with when it comes to build quality and things like warranty.

Also, from TPU's review of a handful of 6700 XT cards, it seems like factory OC is negligible, having no "tangible performance benefit" so I wouldn't worry about OC: https://www.techpowerup.com/revie...%20benefit

Yikes, taking a hit on your credit score to save ~$40? Not to mention MIRs are 50% chance you'll actually get the money at best (and even if you do, it'll come 3-6 months later, and often in a gift card form).
