    Quality would measure if there are impurities or poor, extraneous additives. It's third-party tested by NSF, so maybe that gives you better confidence; it's at least not a new and unknown brand. Perhaps extend the definition to be the ratio of protein to calories, which is fair here.

    For reference, myprotein flavorless whey isolate is 90 cals per 22g protein (4.09 cals per gram).
    This is a little more, at 5.2 cals per gram (130 and 25).
    ON Gold Standard is 5.0 cals per gram (120 and 24).


    You're more interested in flavor it seems, when you say quality. I'm not someone to be picky here, I care more about limiting silly calories, I don't want 150 or 160 per 25g, for example. And you'll get debate from others who do or don't like a given flavor. Vanilla is a good base for shakes, or to add to yogurts, overnight oats, etc. Or you can add peanut butter powder to it for a yummy PB flavored mix.

    From a value perspective, it's high value. You can do the math on total g of protein per price and compare to other current sales.

    Not bad at all tbh but I have so much isolate so dont exactly need whey, I'd get it if it were casein.

    This is a no brainer though for those looking for protein powder.

    I never care about flavor in vanilla whey protein. I use add 2 pasture raw eggs and milk. Stir, and drink it.

    Posted a previous deal on this stuff, it was cheaper than ON but man it mixes horribly in my shaker. I won't be a returning customer. Stuff has been a pain in the butt to consume and clean. If you use a blender than that may be a different story, I use it on the go as a quick mix for after the gym at 4:30am if I ran a blender I would be looking for a new wife lol… it is such a hassle compared to optium Nutrition. Taste is fine. Big protein guys and girls will let you know the differences with fillers compared. If you are a basic just want to add more protein to my diet or workout than any protein is better than none. Most can't digest a serving at a time anyways unless you are in elite shape. If it wasn't for the mixing I would continue for my use in the morning but can't get over the clumpyness.
