My only tip is when it says to grind some dried rice to "break it in", only use a small amount of rice to grind. It goes much better than just dumping a random largish amount in and going at it. Ask me how I know.

So this is made out of the granite according to the title.... are these as good as the handmade volcanic rock made ones typically made South of the border..... 2 cups would seem small for making like guacamole.
