I have one in our master bathroom, its about 500 sq ft, and nice to have on during baths for our kids. I even have it on a kasa 15amp smart plug and i have it set to turn on at 5am in the winters and runs about 15 mins before i get up in the morning so our bathroom is nice and toasty

It is great, it feels cheap but I have been using it for a few years now and everyone loves it. It spits out a lot of heat and it looks nice.

Used one for years. Produces good heat but ac old draft so don't aim it at yourself. Thermostat. Now I just use my tv with YouTube fireplace.

Fire warning.Never plug this into a power strip or Wifi plug or extension cord. Direct to outlet only. Govee makes a Alexa heater that is voice controlled and its a cute nightlight. This is safe if you want to program. Its a new model and works with their Thermostat.

Great until the switch starts to melt and it catches on fire.

Its not a heater to heat a room but is only meant to be used as a supplemental heat source (a room that already has some heat). Says up to 1000 sq ft but some reviewers say 350sf works fine. One reviewer said its made of plastic, so of course it can't get too hot. Heat is directed down to the floor. May need to be placed higher up depending on your situation. You will need to assemble legs & reviews have said plastic screws too large or too small came with heater. If you purchase be sure to check plug & outlet is not getting too warm.

Bought this last year on clearance but ended up returning it. It felt real cheap and didn't do well to help warm the room.

This oil heater is what I have now. Mainstays 1500W Mechanical Oil Filled Electric Radiator Heater, WSH07O2ABB, Black https://www.walmart.com/ip/526504753

I'm sure there are better ones out there but it works well for me. After being on for 15 minutes or so it really helps raise the temp of the whole room.

How is the fire effect? That is what I am most interested in. A nice fire effect with a little heat.

These must use a ton of electricity. I have one of these sitting in the storage room untouched

That's my reasoning, too. I have an oil heater and love it for the heat, but want a flame. I've thought about the wall mounted one, if I can find a deal.

Fire effect was nice but the fireplace died on my with little use in a couple months. I'd suggest a warranty.
