I got an email confirmation from both PayPal and Sonos on my end. Might not have gone through for you.

I did notice that after I went through Paypal I almost missed the step where it went back to Sonos' site with the need to click place order one last time.

*update* got credit approved and received email confirming with case# from CS rep.
