It's not a price error, but it may not be all stores. The few stores around me had a rollback tag for $39.97. So it's not an online only or W+ deal.
You should probably check your closest stores to see if they have the rollback price.
Thats why I waited a few weeks. I would have no problem paying $60 for this, the first one is one of my favorite Switch games but it dropped right away so not falling for that twice.
