Too late now but I did two separate shopping trips that week so my total added over $100, not one specific transaction.

Did your discount apply immediately because each transaction was over $100?

You had to reach the minimum purchase total in one transaction. Both of my transactions were over $300, so I had $30 deducted from each transaction at the time of purchase. The credit was listed at the bottom of the receipt the same way regular mPerk rewards are when used. Keep your eye out - meijer has some slick deals in the mPerks app regularly.
