I bought a Gear Wrench set but they just came loose with no case or tray. Any suggestions for how to organize them with labels for easier identification? I'm thinking something a relative or friend could use for more easily finding a specific size when they're helping out and not familiar with how big a specific wrench may be.
Depends on which GearWrench set. Some are made in China, their nicer sets are made in Tiawan and are generally considered better quality. You'll also notice the price difference. With that said for $100 in a EVA foam tray this is a pretty good deal and if they break you can just bring it back to Home Depot so hard to argue.
Personally I went with the 18 piece Gear Wrench set that is 90T for $80 on sale. They just look and feel better then the 72T Husky and GearWrench ones. Stop at your local Home Depot and look at them, that's what convinced me.

Typically yes, but gearwrench warranty experience is considerably worse, that feedback is shared universally online, and the "holiday special" gearwrench items are definitely not their higher end tools. Meanwhile, this husky set sits in my garage and was identical in quality to the non-foam set I had before, and generally speaking, works fantastic.
Plus, husky exchange process is infinitely easier.
I'd side on the Husky mainly for the warranty. This type of wrench is subject to breaking in hard use situations and having the ability to get a replacement same day typically is worth a lot of time and hassle. I've not handled the side by side but typically gear wrench has a slightly better designed but not by much.

New tool
Don't see why gearwrench would be better? Time is money & waiting for a new tool to be delivered will take a week or two, am I wrong?
