Bought these from the same seller. They came with a 3 month warranty and mine died after 4 months. They told me they couldn't do anything for me, which is understandable because I knew about the 3 month limit. Just throwing that out there for any perspective buyers.
These are warranty return units sent back to Sony for overheating (known issue), with permanent battery damage. Sony does not fix them and instead sells them off as "refurbished" with no warranty. They ship directly from the crooks at Sony, their warehouse is in Laredo Texas.
This seems to come with the 2 year Allstate warranty

I didnt buy from the same seller, but mine also died in less than 6 months. Red blinking light of death. It was flashing everytime i charge them no matter what charger i used.

After a week with the same problem they started charging again, but the right one only last 1 ½ hour from full charge. This are the worst earphones/earbuds i have used.

I just bought these for $150 new on an EDU deal at B&H. Had high hopes, but I think the Airpods Pro 2 sounded better. I know more money. I am going back to headphones though, have weird ears and nothing seals good for me.

Might want to consider the Samsung Buds Live. They sit in the ear different than any other buds.

Happened on my 1000xm3 earbuds from secondipity about a year or two ago. got the red blink of death, they replaced them with another set and then those a month later also got the light of death.

I had the battery issue with the ones I owned at launch. Culprit is a faulty firmware (1.4.2). For those with the problem reach out to Sony customer support via chat and describe the issue with the red blinking, overheating, and degraded battery life. Many cases such as mine they offered to send a new replacement without proof of purchase and outside of warranty at no cost to me, just send in the old one. Many DPs of this as of last month.

See the megathread on the SonyHeadphones subreddit - "WF-1000XM4 - Severe Battery Issues". I also have a post there with my experience. The new ones I received were on 1.5.0, which is not available as OTA, only on recent stock. New firmware has been released today(?) for 1.6.x, but the physical damage may be already done for your existing pair. I recommend hail marying with chat.

EDIT: Further down the threads it sounds like Sony is checking serial numbers for known "refurbs" and denying them on that context. Editing this for visibility. For my case I was asked to provide a SN as well. What this means is trying to buy the OP to get it replaced will fall through.
