How much is your time worth?! Plus that steel has to be mad heavy. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
The chirp wheels are pretty great, but I actually find them too soft in the padding and prefer the one from Amazon with less padding. I work out every other day, and use both types daily; can't recommend them enough. That being said, be careful/safe as one imbalanced slip with the wheel going sideways might lead to some serious back problems.

These are very different from a foam roller. I regularly use both for different things
