I got mine with a Dyson box inside a plain brown box. Everything inside the Dyson box, like all the attachments, were packed in smaller boxes. Looks factory direct.The dock came a week later.I was skeptical about the dock, but it keeps everything together nicely, and charging is automatic. Performance wise, I am very happy with it. The powered brush heads do a great job of cleaning. I find the suction with the regular nozzles, such as the dusting nozzles, not as great, but I have to experiment a little more. The mobility factor is super convenient. The main reason I got it was that I found my regular Dyson a little taxing to move and use because of rhematoid arthritis. This unit feels a little heavier than I anticipated. And you use a (light ) grip to operate, so I am still experiencing some discomfort after using.

They sell 3rd party trigger locks you can attach to it so you don't have to constantly hold it

I received mine yesterday. Seems new and factory direct. I like it more than I thought I would. There are some duplicate tools because of I'm not complaining! The dok is great for keeping it all together. I like the maneuverability of it and I was able to do my 1800 square foot house (hard floor and carpet, and I'm a stickler for getting under all the furniture each time) with plenty of charge left.

Just got this a month ago. It is louder than the v11 but lighter. Work great so far. The dok is a must. Dyson send me a free hair brush and another set of attachment that doesn't fit into the v10.

We ordered the V10 and it stopped working the next day. We called and was sent a replacement battery and it arrived yesterday dead. We have been left without any working vacuum for the past month...
