Very similar but better graphics and in my opinion more fun since there are so many different characters and different play styles depending on which one you're controlling.

From an adult perspective I think this is far and away the best LEGO game ever made. From a kids perspective there are more puzzles and the story is a bit more complicated than the LEGO movie games so this is probably best for an 8+ age range.

My son has no idea why I keep buying these random games. I'd probably save a lot of money if there weren't so many good deals.

My kid loves this game. I mean he loves all the Lego games (save for Worlds). Paid alot more than this, and a no brainier at this point. Ditto on the season pass too
