Another user already stated thats the lesser variant, this is the ultra variant which I decided to order because it should be better overall and also it has a USB-C connection, the one you shared has a micro-usb connection which might be a turn off for some people, defo was for me.

Far from the lowest price for this speaker and I know this is the ultra version of the normal but I've seen the speaker priced at $20 and the reviews don't seem great (not terrible bur not glowing either)

At $30 I'd rather look for the similar priced ChiFi brands with higher wattage, better sound and social media word of mouth. Or used/refurb options on eBay

Not sure if people keep confusing this with another model. Ccc shows this at its lowest ever price. Might have been what i payed for it a few years ago. I loved it til i lost it. If i was shopping in this price range i would jump on it.

I've had some older Oontz speakers for a few years and they are great.

I bought some of these Oontz Ultra's summer 2022 and like them too. pairing them sometimes seems to cut-out , even when they are only 20-30 feet apart, but I'd buy more of them.

wish the Oontz app would tell you what the battery level is.

I have this and anker soundcore 2 12w, i think. I like anker sound better. This speaker requires an idiotic app for android. Without the app i could not connect it to my phones. Could connect to windows pc. I have a new built with BT5.x. Speaker sometimes disconnects. Just now disconnected while i was typing. PC shows connected but there's no sound. I had to disconnect and reconnect in settings.

Highly doubt this, should work like any other bluetooth device. Went through some reviews and nobody mentions this, went to the questions and people say the app isn't needed.
