Does this laptop have any usb-c ports?
If there is one, can it be used for charging the laptop?
3x USB-A ports. 0x USB-C.
I also can't seem to find any information on if the memory is upgradable.
Probably fine for word processing and light web surfing but I wouldn't recommend it for much else.
The Walmart page implies there's an empty slot that can take 8 GB to max out at 12 GB, which would be the saving grace for this. I don't think a dual-core i3-1115G4 is worth $229 though. Try $129.

Reviews from 2020, but intel 11th gen was released until 2021?
It's probably reviews of an older model of the IdeaPad 3i. You see similar things on Amazon sometimes. Definitely not a good practice for laptops, and just another way in which Walmart's site sucks.

I got the asus one, same specs for $200. Put 32GB DDR 4 3200 for 36 total and replaced the 128GB ssd a WD black sn770 2TB gen 4. Updated BIOS, WD firmware, UHD graphics driver, touch pad, finger print, installed brave browser with Tor etc
When I tested it, the ram was maxed out not running any programs with 4GB, as in loading windows and then checking task manager. You need min 8 gigs. 16 is better.

1080p TN 220nits, 4GB soldered + empty SODIMM slot, empty 2.5" SATA bay, no USB-C port/charging (the 5th pic from Walmart is mis-leading)

I don't think you could possibly find a brand new Core i3/ Ryzen 3 laptop for under $150. For $129, you could only get a Celeron/Pentium machine.

Beware of Lenovo hinge issues. Googling it will return lots of unhappy customers where their hinge breaks in the plastic and requires a $200+ repair that Lenovo doesn't typically cover.
I was considering a Chromebook for my 90 yr old Dad, just for browsing and some word processing maybe a few times a year, but saw this and the $150 off Dell refurbs. Need advise on what to get! At least this is not eMMC and the ram is up-gradable,, bummer no usbC. Will mostly sit on his desk so the hinge issue might not be a big issue unless it is really prone to breaking.
