FWIW, It seems the crazy egg prices aren't as bad for organic/cage free/whatever. BJ's right now, store brand 5 dozen is $22 or 36.7 cents/egg. Egglands Best Cage Free is $8 for 24, or 33.3 cents/egg. Free range store brand brown eggs are $7 for 24, 29.2 cents/egg.

Are we able to reserve online to ensure stock availability?

2.99 on sale at Harris Teeter this week through Tuesday. I expect they'll all be gone by the time I get there tomorrow.

Ignoring the issue doesn't meant it doesn't exist. Fox News or not the food prices are outrageously high. I honestly could care less if eggs are $2 per, like in Iceland or $2 per dozen. But for many, eggs are the main source of proteins . Meat went up in '21 and prices never got back.
