Follow their sizing advice and add 2cm to your head measurement when selecting your size. They should fit loose, and trust me that they aren't comfortable if too tight (also doesn't allow the sweatband to carry sweat away if compressed, in my experience). Airflow fabric was much stuffier than I expected. I prefer my Sunday Afternoon charter hat which has a more substantial sweatband
