People respond to these differently and I read an article that most of these mg dosage is very inaccurate, depending on the brand. Most people should try to find what works for them. Starting from 0.5mg. The cut up gummies make the trial pretty easy.
Yah, can be cut easily. Just meant better if wasn't needed do that extra step. For be much better take an extra one half hour later if didn't work first time can take another shot. Harder/more annoying needing cut it in half and gulp it. Lol, but yeah they are gummies lol. Still why I said, great have a strong dosage so when (someone) really can't sleep or based of next day's major event. And you are correct best to start off small. A .5 or ideal a 1mg no more as heavier dosage can condition body (brain) temporarily need it more or stronger dosage. Plus hear/read that going past 5 mg not really needed. Along with possibly causing side effects like insomnia, deep sleep, waking up tired and longer sleep time than needed. Bit crazy the dosage sizes they selling like 5 mg and some even 10mg like wow.
