There are a few annoyances that I wish I had known before getting it, but are not deal breakers for me.
1. Flat panel 48 inch is hard to use on a desk. I was coming from a 48 inch curved samsung LCD, which didn't have that effect. It was noticeable when I first started to use the monitor, but I have become used to it and it doesn't bother as much.
2. Auto dimming features of this monitor are annoying. I use it in a 6 monitor setup, with 5x 24 inch 1080 panels all around it. The auto dimming is very noticeable when you have a monitor next to it and can see the change easily. If it were my only monitor I probably wouldn't notice as much.
Those are my biggest gripes. Otherwise in games it is amazing. This differs from a C2 in that it doesn't use the newer Evo panel, so not quite as bright, closer to a C1, and it has DP inputs. And obviously doesn't have TV features as others have pointed out, which is actually a plus for me.
You can get a full array local diming, hdr 1000, 4K, 32" ips monitor from Innocon. For $900.

LG is supposed to be manufacturing their version of FALD, miniled panels this year. These monitors will be more suitable for the work-play consumer.

Does it have any anti burn in features that set it apart from a C2? Would you say it is better for text viewing compared to a TV? TIA!!
So far personally I have seen it image clean when I turn it off after 4+ hours. Don't have c2 so can't compare but I like it. It's a monitor first so it'll have more computer esque features
It's an oled so text isn't always super clear
