These fixtures only have to be bought and replaced once every like two decades. The hassle in removing and replacing a cheap one isn't worth the difference to just purchase a premium and better-looking product. Moen also provides great warranty support. Just pay the $80 and get a nicer fixture.

Mine is a swivel head, same brand diff model, excellent addition to the bathroom sink set-up. Would not hesitate to buy this one if I needed a new one.

Bought this some time back. Maybe 5-6 years. Leaked on the hot side in a year. Replaced with a Moen and all good ever since. YMMV.

The "metal" parts of faucets in this price range are thin hollow sheet metal over plastic, no cast metal handles or anything like that. For $20 it's fine if you plan on replacing it in a couple years.

I don't have a problem with buying a plastic fixture, I wish they'd just go all the way and make it out of heavier duty, nicer plastic rather than trying to fake that it's a metal product.
