I'd get the vac if the shipping was $15. That's nuts for that....something heavier ok.
If your talking about the Ryobi hand vac I would skip it. I own three of them I purchased at the same time when I was making the transition from the 18v black decker NiCad hand vacs/Dustbusters a couple of years ago. Loved the 18v NiCad hand vacs but once all my NiCad batteries eventually failed I had to find something else. Unfortunately the Adaptor from lithium to NiCad for Black Decker won't work in their hand vacs because the location is tight and the lithium battery hits the sides preventing install. Anyhow these Ryobi vacs have strong suction however the negative is their filter system. It becomes clogged quickly and I don't feel I should have to remove the internal filter every time I use it and clean it but if I don't the suction is minimal!

Just buy the Ridgid hand vac and remove the second filter for less cleaning hassles.
Thanks OP and thanks for all the unnecessary comments that contribute nothing.
I totally disagree ... ALL comments have merit. There are some good deals there, but are complete duds because DTO will not ship to home. I have purchased many tools from DTO, my last was a Ridgid high-torque impact wrench in Nov of last year. They shipped it fast. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 times they advertise tools that are unavailable because they will not ship.

Why bother?
if it is something you are not planning to need immediately go ahead and try your luck. But, if it is something you are waiting on for a project maybe not. Even items available for shipping may never arrive.
I ordered a couple drills last month. They said they would contact me when the order was sent out. 3 weeks later still no contact. After over a month I received an inexplicable email simply stating the order was canceled.
So…while I have had some good experience in the past, it isn't guaranteed that anything you order from DT will even arrive.
I've heard others complain that they paid the flat rate shipping charge only to have some items canceled and others shipped. ?

Lately they are very underwhelming
Even this 50 %off sale is a dud
