In the little time I had over lunch, I tried Mirror's Edge: Catalyst and Evil Dead: The Game as I knew how those performed on an Nvidia Quadro K2200 (poorly).
I, by no stretch of the imagination, have a proper gaming PC, but rather a Dell workstation. Despite that, both games ran very, very well at 4K on a TV with maximum settings, VSync enabled, and no ray tracing. The card is in "overclock" mode by having the rear-panel button depressed.
I was unable to hear any coil whine (or even GPU fan noise) over the barely-audible dual Noctua NH-U9DX i4 coolers that purposely run 10% over Dell's stock minimum fan speed setting.
In 2015, I built a killer $500 PC around a R9 290 NewEgg sold for $200. In 2019, I built a $600 Ryzen 2600/RX5700 rig. Both traded blows with consoles and had the added versatility of being PCs, emulating, and more. If we are about SlickDeals, I'm just not sure the PITA that is PC gaming today is worth it. I've got 10 launchers, 4 different RGB apps, etc. It's just a mess and every so often Windows updates and breaks something.
Is this a good card? Yes. Is this a good price for the card relative to the market for this card? Yes. Is this a good value? No, it's not.

This isn't the same exact cooler but this should give you an idea of how it performs. https://www.techpowerup
*Note: Found a video of the exact card. I hope this helps! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fN53nFF
BTW, reviews say there is coil whine.

Not sure why people are downvoting you. This is a totally reasonable opinion considering what the GPU market looked like before crypto mining came along.

I'm personally waiting for the mid tier Radeon 7000 GPUs. My current GPU is almost 5 years old, so might as well wait a bit longer.

With how pricey the 7900 xt and xtx turned out relative to their performance, we may have to wait a bit longer. I'm still running a GTX 1070...
