Keep in mind the average 2 car garage is 400-600sqft. So if you have a 2 car garage you are looking at 20+ boxes. $70*20=$1400.
As an cheaper and higher quality alternative, I'd recommend finding your local farm supply store and getting horse stall mats. They are ridged on the underside for water/drainage and grippy on the top. They're big and heavy though, so bring a hand if you don't want to lift them.
I believe it's just aesthetics, but who has an almost empty garage like the photo shows? I have 4 bikes hanging from the ceiling, extension cords hanging from the walls, stuff on the floor against the wall, ego lawn care stuff on the wall.

My point is, unless you don't do much around the house, the garage won't look as nice as you envision. Nevermind when you park in the garage after a snowstorm or rain.
With the bare concrete floor, I can just use my blower and blow all the dust and etc out. Painting the floor makes it slippery, especially when the rain drips off your car and can no longer be absorbed by the bare concrete. Not to be a Debbie downer, just pointing out some drawbacks.

Anyone have experience with this stuff? Specifically I am wondering what happens if you park a car on it that has frozen slush from the road. Can you just squeegee off the water/grit/salt when it melts or will it seep into the seams? Probably not good to have salty water trapped.

And at that price, paying someone to do an epoxy floor is suddenly comparable.

I did that for my workout room, but can those withstand a car dragging on them every day?

Installed for several years and holding up quite nicely. They are heavy and floppy, so be prepared during installation.

Epoxied my prior garage and installed floor tiles in the current one, but with the other solid plastic tiles that Costco sells ($3/ sq ft, and $2 when on sale).

Not difficult to DIY either one over a weekend. Epoxy is way cheaper if you get a kit from HD or Lowes, but tiles look and feel way more premium and are the envy of my neighbors lol

Cant go wrong either route, a huge upgrade to untreated concrete floors

Yeah, this is a waste. I just applied Rock Solid Polycuramine to my 400 sq ft garage for just under $600 and it's 20x more durable than epoxy. These tiles are not a real solution for a garage floor coating.

Honestly if you're using this it would seem better to buy horse stall mats at tractor supply for flooring. I use them for my garage gym purposes, but have filled up my car parking area and they're rock solid.

4x6 stall mats run about ~50 bucks at tractor supply.

I don't have a garage, so just asking for my own curiosity...

What is the advantage of this over leaving the concrete alone? Other than aesthetics, are there some sort of benefits to putting these tiles down? Or is it really just a looks thing?

Epoxy will peel if done incorrectly or too thin.
