The handle looks more like a jab saw, where this Gerber tool looks like it's really meant as a limb saw.
In my mind they seem more like two different tools, because limb saw blades are designed to cut wood faster with better removal of the wood chips. But technically a reciprocating saw blade would do limb work if you need it to.
Just my guess after a quick review....I could be understanding things incorrectly.
