Since it's "hybrid", that means there's a male plug underneath where the battery goes in, so you can plug an extension cord into it and into the wall to run it off normal house outlet power.

Mine showed as shipped on 1/29 and order status as complete with a tracking number. It hasnt moved since 2/2. I contacted support and they said.

Thank you for your email. We double checked with the warehouse and your order was received but is still in process. As soon as the order is pulled, you will receive a shipping email. This is our biggest response to a sale and it's currently taking up to 15 business days to process all the orders. Thank you for your patience.

My 1/27 order of the drill/driver combo, the inflator, and the drill bits all arrived today. Everything looks brand new as far as I can tell. Strangely enough, the combo package, the largest one, was shipped by itself with the fedex label slapped directly onto the ryobi box. The inflator and the drill bits were shipped in a separate brown box large enough that they could just have put the combo package in.

Two of my orders ($60.15 total, $55.48 total) shipped finally today. Was charged initially but now I see a credit on the card.

I got an order update saying they are still processing. Then leafvac kit went from 120 to free, but quantity went to 0. Hope that just means for the first shipment and not that they canceled the leaf vac.

I placed two separate orders (8 tools ~ $430) on 1/27/2023 and received both orders in 2 business days.

I placed another order on 1/29/2023 and finally received it yesterday. I'm not complaining about the two week delivery. Where else can you buy the P317 crown stapler for $38!
