I ordered the $35 shirt jacket on Monday 1/30 and STILL have not received a confirmation e-mail of the order, and the order does not show up in my acct order history. I selected the free shipping option also, so maybe it has something to do with that (they slow walk all of the free ship orders)? Charge on my CC still shows pending, so have not been officially charged yet, but have to admit this is the slowest order processing I have seen from any online retailer in a long time. If the CC charge posts before I get a shipping confirmation email, I am disputing the charge and never ordering from them again.

Just receiving the hooded sweatshirt, green XL. Beautiful and very comfortable. Much nicer than my old one which felt tighter. Very good to wear around house when cold like now. Logo in great location and looks fine. Very pleased!
