No, a year too late. Nintendo should have never delayed it as long as it did. Anyway rumors started percolating yesterday that Nintendo will announce a release date in Feb. Guess this price cut is to get ahead of that. I predict a March release.

Has co-op, online, adjustable difficulty, a story that doesn't get in the way of the strategy, can create your own maps, amazing soundtrack. Etc etc
And they added the double trouble dlc for free. Something Nintendo would never do 🤑

Agreed. But I do understand why they delayed it. It was just incredibly poor timing. Even now when they eventually release it I can see some idiot pundit quoting some random tweet about the game making a big deal just to stir some things up.
