Went there once years ago, and wanted a Boston Creme.
The cashier told me that they didn't have anymore round ones but can defrost a square one and make one up for me.

Not only have they gutted their entire line (can't get Apple Crumb, Coconut, or ton of their other common donuts)....they have reduced the size and quality SIGNIFICANTLY.
Jelly/Boston Creams/etc have less than a cumshot of filling...they don't taste "fresh" anymore (hard as a rock, even at 7am)...and the price of them is insane comparatively to what you get.
I used to LOVE dunkin donuts. Ate them for 30 years. The last 2 years though, they not only went downhill, they went off the cliff. Horrible donuts. I'd rather buy a generic 12-pack at the supermarket for $5, then spend over $12 for a dozen of shit donuts.
Used to love their food but in last few years almost every item in their menu went bad to worst and it amazes me how they are still in the business? and to add, most of their independent franchise experience is horrible.
