I've had the amFilm tempered glass on my s22 ultra since launch and have been happy with it. The fingerprint sensor never had any issues for me
Do the glass ones even work with the S23 fingerprint? I didn't have much success with my S21 and glass.

But the amfilm hybrid works great

Not putting screen protection since S22, useless and wasting money.

Why is it useless and a waste of money?

I dont know any glass protectors that works with fingerprints. I bought one for my S21, it rarely works. Tried to find some other glass protectors, the reviews all say barely work with fingerprints.

I don't think people realize that you have to(or should) register your fingerprint again after you install it. I got the free glass from Verizon for my s22 ultra and contrary to what the reviews said, I have had zero issues with the fingerprint. No lifting or anything either even with my defender case. Only "issue" is the light use scratches and being a fingerprint magnet but that is expected

I wish those would be $6 instead of the tempered glass.

I purchased both the amFilm and Spigen from my S22 plus. Both amFilm screen protectors broke with in 6 months. First one broke from idk what, I never dropped it. 2nd one broke when I pulled my pants down at the end of the day. It broke inside my pants pocket. Still on my first screen protector from Spigen, 4 months in and it seems to be better quality. I am a sample of 1 and they could have been made in the same factory but based on my own personal experience I would purchase the spigen again.

Personally I prefer screen protectors that have a hole punch not a U cut out to the edge. Looks more clean.

The case corners are too pronounced for me. In the past they would make gripping uncomfortable when gaming.
I am thinking of this case and protectors combo from a brand I recognize. Good to have something Day 1 for $16.

Tho I want a Magsafe case to work with my car mount.
