In the pic I see 3 Colors at once. One bulb can't do that.

I understand this is a better known brand when it comes to this stuff, but when I can get two no name brands with good reviews I just dont think this is worth it for the price.

These have focused light distribution and can do multi-color lighting. They're basically strip lights in a decorative shell. A guy in our office has a couple- they're really nice, but you have to have the right decor for them to look right (or put them behind something).

There's a difference in LED quality, brightness, and light distribution. Govee makes really good LED strips, but not the best. Philips is the king with color reproduction and brightness, but you're going to pay through the nose for their products.

With cheap LED strips you're going to get color bleed on lighter colors and be able to see individual "blotches" because the LEDs don't blend with each other as well. The higher the quality of the LEDs, the more homogenous the colors and light appear.

I would argue you could go to 5 Below stores and get LED light stands for under $20 if you don't care about the quality as much. Or go to Walmart and get their Monster lighting if you want automation capability.

When you are sitting back on your couch and looking at the corners of your rooms the difference in light perception will be pretty non existent with most products unless they are really really poorly made.

I thought that too until I started buying Philips strips. The difference is astounding. Hard to go back. Been snagging them off of Facebook Marketplace and refurbs whenever I see them.
