Sucralose - Some studies have shown that sucralose can change your gut microbiome by lowering the number of good bacteria by half. Research done on animals shows that sucralose can also increase inflammation in the body. Over time, inflammation can lead to problems like obesity and diabetes.

I tried the blackberry mule flavor when it was listed here last year but wouldn't buy it again. After experiencing the taste and texture, I really couldn't imagine using it on anything and I'm fairly resourceful. Good price though if the other flavors are any good.

Sucralose shit. (AKA Splenda). When I am eating preserves, the last thing I want is artificial sweeteners. I'd be OK with low sugar preserves where the fruit does all the sweet talking (no sugar added). Buit no way I want this.
