It only exercises your funny bone, so no weight loss. It's like the "exercise" machines you'd see in 1940's movies, where there was a big cloth/leather belt that goes around the people, and the machine jiggles them. Probably could be very comfortable and massaging, but minimal calorie burning or muscle-building going on.
If you do strap it to your hoverboard, please, PLEASE post pics to the deal. TIA!
