I have these and like them. They work well.
Full disclosure: I'm not a construction worker, so I can't tell you how few years these will last at 8+ hours/day.
Edit: I have seen a couple of the phillips bits twist on me when working on really stuck screws, but I'm in the middle of a lifelong project to switch everythng I can to Torx, lag screws, etc.

These don't even last for DIY things. I learned when it comes to bits use Milwaukee, and I'm a big Ryobi fan but these things are garbage
I have a similar kit that includes drill bits that break on the first use too — total rip-off no matter how inexpensive they are,

In terms of the durability of the bits, I'm just a DIYer and I think they're pretty decent. Maybe someone else can chime in on this?
I built an 8x10 shed from scratch with 2x4s and broke off like 10 Craftsman Torx impact bits, but that was like 4 years ago. At this point, I've destroyed probably half the box of bits, and the box. Now, I've been using them until they're gone. I don't know if I've destroyed any of the DeWalt bits, but I'm not building anything huge yet, just small projects.
