Chill. This is .009% worse than the $100 for $90 deals (that really do show up weekly).
Less than 5 minutes.
You can't use it to take 10% off the $100 gift card purchase transaction, but you can use the $110 gift card you receive to purchase items that are discounted your military 10%. Does that make sense?
