Kroger's weekly ad has all variety of Pepsi/Coke/Mt Dew etc 12 pack or 15(12 + 3 free) pack for 3 for $10.88. There is a Kroger's digital coupon for $2 off for Pepsi/Mt Dew/Starry Zero sugar cans which can be combined with weekly ad resulting into $8.88 + tax for 3 pack.

I purchased two 15 pack Pepsi and one 15 pack Pepsi Zero Sugar and paid $9.61 including tax. This could be location specific. Review your local weekly ad. YMMV.

4/$15 here in IL which sadly is a good price in the Chicago area. Might want to remove Coke though from title since no coupon.

In your case buy 3 packs of coke and 1 pack of Pepsi Zero Sugar, that way you would be eligible for both 4/$15 and the $2 coupon.
For others who have 3/$10.88, buy two packs of coke and one pack of Pepsi Zero Sugar.

It is a weekly ad valid till Feb 14th, I don't know if it is location specific.

80 cent off coupon for a pepsi 12 pack is all.

Also alcohol doesn't count towards the $25 because of course not.
