On their own the monitors don't wobble. If I bump the desk? Yes they move a little. I would think that would be normal as its clamped to the desk.
It's not a lot IMO.
I have an ultra wide in the middle for browsers and wide spreadsheets work, a second vertical monitor for document viewing and Outlook on the left, a third horizontal monitor above the UW for watching shows, and my laptop for keeping Teams up at all times.
The ultra wide is a bit too heavy for the mount so I raised it higher as it's weight makes the mount tilt down slightly.
