Found this on clearance on my local Home Depot in irving, Texas.

Scans for $299.99 on the app but at the register $199

Normal price $399

this is entirely store-dependent. if the kit is in stock, it'll ring up as clearance, but it's only for in-store purchases.

Yes if you find it on clearance end cap. But ask employee to scan with their scanner as the price is more correct for them!
