Not bad. Good seller. However, I would rather get the brand new S23 Ultra 512gb for $600.

I know the price difference is substantial, but after 1 year of use, you would basically be paying the same amount for each phone after considering residual /trade in value
That $600 price is with trade-in I'm assuming because the list price is $1379, and to get that discount would require a fairly recent model to trade-in.

Nope, no trade in with fi. It would be even lower with a trade. I paid $150 after selling my s22 plus to get s23 ultra.

So how long are you locked in to the fi service?

I would personally consider the depreciation situation here. You are essentially saying the s23 will lose X percentage value in 1 year and the Pixel 6 Pro will lose X percentage value in 1 year that it would make S23 and Pixel 6 pro equal in residul value/trade in.
Super ouch. I personally would rather have someone else pay that massive depreciation. But that is just me.

You can just take out the sim.and leave it on your desk and use your new phone with other carriers. Come back after 120days and cancel fi.

Google [google.com]offers a 440$ for the Pixel 6 Pro (assuming "if it turns on, is free of cracks, and the screen works properly"), when traded in for a new Pixel 7 Pro (128 GB), which is currently on sale for 749$.
So you can get a new Pixel 7 Pro for 565$ (not including taxes). Which is a little cheaper than the 599$ [bestbuy.com]Best Buy deal - which requires an activation.

I will not be one of those who have been brainwashed to accept $1000+ is the norm & $500 is a great sales price for a phone. Damn, what happened to the days when a $200-300 price was for a high end model?

I got the 6pro used, good condition (looks like Excellent condition) from Swappa for about this price. I had S20U. I love the 6pro compared to S20U. The S20U has a great camera, but i have missed so many cute shots of the puppy because the focus mechanism is probably the worst of any phone I have ever used. The 6pro is the first smartphone I've had that doesn't have MicroSD Frown Anyway, I love the 6pro and think it's a pretty solid phone!

I've been looking a the Pixel line as my next phone. The big deal breaker for me on the 6A, is that it doesn't have wireless charging.

I'm leaning towards the Pixel 6. I'm sure the Pixel 6 Pro is "better", but I'm not interested in having a curved screen ever again.

Also, grade B-? Ooof.

6pro had it last yr the camera is amazing but I consider it the beta model for tensor. Battery life wasn't so good. 7pro everything is so perfect the battery lasts for ever. 7pro is the best phone ever made

I have one and I'm locked into it for another X number of months from T-Mobile. I would not recommend it to anyone unless you plan on charging it twice a day. Everything other than that is great, but that kind of heckin ruins it.
