then you just request a refund from amazon, which has worked for me 100% of the time when that happens (and that's happened at least 10-15+ times over the years.)

A lot of the reviews on Amazon say they only received a single gallon of soap and not 4 one gallon bottles.

Antibacterial soaps are bad for the environment and provide no benefit in hand washing. Regular soaps work just as well.

Does this have expiry dates? 4 gallons of hand soap is a lot of soap. Maybe good for business folks but for a single-family IT IS A LOT

I don't believe that is correct. Per the product details:

Product Dimensions ‏ : ‎ 12.5 x 12.38 x 12.38 inches; 37 Pounds

4 gallons of water would be about 33.4 pounds so unless this is super dense soap or else if there are 29+ pounds of packaging it seems like there are 4 gallons of soap.
