Just want to give props to Contigo customer service. I recently had an issue with my mug where the silicone grip on the outside got stretched out and their customer service did a great job taking care of it. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and ordered me a replacement mug after I sent them photos of the issue, without any further hassles.

I've lids a little tight but never a leaky lid. Have had 5 - only replacing when the fam loses them 🙄

I had two snapseals leaking on me, one after 6 months and one after a year. The one that did not leak could not be opened with one hand while driving

All their stuff is lifetime guaranteed. All my mugs and water bottles are Contigo for this reason. Anything I have had a problem with they have always replaced.

If you are moving around auto seal is better. There has been a few times that I bent over and the snap seal lid was open when I used one for coffee. My coffee mug now is auto seal. One I drink water, and soda is snap seal, but normally I'm just sitting at the computer while I'm using it.

Between my wife and I we have five of these in the house. Five mugs that is. As for the lids, we have two. These leak - and when they do it's a mess. Even the two lids that we do have we continually have to reset the rubber o-ring. It's now part of my morning routine. Awful product.

Their customer service is excellent. I only needed straws for some kid cups. They sent brand new sets. I'd love to just buy replacement straws next time but unfortunately that's not an option.

I have this and used it every day for work for about 1.5 years. The seal did start to leak so I just replaced it, but I would still recommend this. It's cheap and works. $11 is about $5 less than Walmart charges for it.
